Returns and customer support

For the Two Tap API, our clients manage customer support and returns when they are the merchant of record for transactions with users and are often using Virtual Credit Cards to automate the order processing.

In the case of the passthrough model -- where customer’s data is used directly with retailers for purchases -- the retailers themselves are processing the payments, doing customer support and managing returns as usual.
