Returns and customer support
Since customers are purchasing products from you, they will also come to you to handle returns and other customer support.
Two Tap does not handle returns.
For domestic orders, consumers can return the products according to the original supplier’s standard refund policy. When a supplier issues a refund Two Tap will add that amount to your deposit and send you an email notification.
You will then be able to issue the refund to the shopper from your Shopify/WooCommerce/Payment Processor/Marketplace interface.
For international orders, where returning the product back to the US is not an option, it's up to you to decide whether to accept the return locally and try to sell it again. Some resellers issue half a refund and can earn a profit there as well.
